Our system is unlike any other. The back bone to our gym is quality science based programming. We place a huge emphasis on strength training as this is where the results start to happen. Our class format and system is beginner friendly, so whether you have been training for years or new to the weight lifting world, you will fit right in.
WARM UP / MOBILITY / STRENGTH / FITNESS
Our program split ensures that you receive effective and efficient training that will work towards your goals, without compromising movement. We work through a Lower (Mondays and Thursdays) to Upper (Tuesday and Fridays) and Full Body (Wednesdays and Saturdays) split throughout the week, then prioritise our fitness components around endurance, anaerobic capacity and threshold training.
